Deion Sanders Keeps Quiet After Emotional Clip With Karrueche Tran Goes Viral
Okay, so BOOM! Previously, The Shade Room reported that Deion Sanders had his bladder removed as a part of his cancer treatment. Coach Prime had the surgery on May 9, and in his YouTube video, ‘For Your Glory (Part 1): Coach Prime Bladder Removal Surgery,’ fans caught a quick clip of Karrueche Tran by his side before the procedure. As soon as Karrueche popped up, folks wanted to what’s tea and why she was sitting in the hospital with him.
Well, fast forward to now — Deion pulled up to the ‘Said What Needs To Be Said’ podcast, and before the interview wrapped, he was asked about Karrueche. But Coach Prime swerved right past the question. “We got a bad connection. I can’t,” Deion joked. From there, he continued to act like his connection was really messing. He even closed his laptop and then eventually logged off. So yeah, Deion made sure he wasn’t caught slipping.

She claimed Sanders ex-fiancée, Tracey Edmonds, ran into Karrueche at a previous event and asked if she was dating Deion. Karrueche allegedly hit her with a quick, “No.”

The internet exploded earlier this week when a clip of Karrueche Tran making an appearance in Deion Sanders vlog started going viral. The video shows Karrueche getting emotional while in the hospital as Deion prepares to get his bladder removed to help cure his cancer. In the video, the actress gives details on the surgery telling the camera that Deion was going to receive a new bladder with intestines.
“And this option was, I guess, the best because it fully removes the cancer to ensure that it doesn’t come back, because it was close to his muscle,” Tran explained.
Deion chopped it up with Fox News about the procedure on July 28 during a press conference. The Colorado football coach kept it real and said doctors hit him with the cancer diagnosis during the offseason. He also told folks to stay on top of their checkups because, without this, he wouldn’t have even known he had cancer.
“Men, everybody, get checked out. Because if it wasn’t for me getting tested for something else, they wouldn’t have stumbled up on this. Make sure you get the right care because without wonderful people like this… I wouldn’t be sitting here today because it grew so expeditiously. But please get yourself checked,” Sanders said.
