Halloween Haunt Fest Winnie the Pooh Scare Maze Sneak Peek

Halloween Haunt Fest Blood and Honey Scare Maze

A world’s first Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey scare maze is coming to Halloween Haunt Fest this October and we were kindly sent some concept art first-look images of what some of the scenes are going to look like within the maze!

Created in collaboration with Bad Moon Designs this unique scare maze will have movie accurate detailing along with masks made by the original mask creators from the movie as this twisted children’s book inspired horror gets a scare maze treatment.

Nick Doherty, CEO and Producer of Halloween Haunt Fest said:

The attraction has been created in collaboration with Bad Moon Design, who have carefully shaped the attraction layout around the most iconic scenes from Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood & Honey 1 & 2. Working alongside them, artist Gary Andrews has produced original illustrations that bring each room to life, drawing direct inspiration from the films’ dark reimagining of the Hundred Acre Wood. Visitors will step into immersive environments that mirror key moments from the movies, blending atmospheric design with detailed artwork to capture the world of Pooh and friends like never before.

I absolutely cannot wait for Halloween Haunt Fest as IP mazes are coming to the UK with non other than The Texas Chainsaw Massacre being the other IP themed maze coming to the event with two original mazes to compliment this star-studded lineup.

It was also announced this week that along with the funfair, food and drinks and stage area there will be a scare zone for all visitors named FEST-EVIL. The write-up for the scare zone is as follows:

Welcome to The Fest-Evil, a twisted walk-through scare zone where your favourite chart-toppers have been resurrected for one last killer performance. Meet Dead Sheeran, Billie Eyeless, Hairy  Styles, The Rolling Bones and more…. It’s a line up to die for….

The park are also putting on a flash sale for tickets booked for opening weekend being priced at £29.99. No codes, no booking fees which means the price you see is the price you pay! That offer does end today (Friday October 3rd) at midnight though so you better be quick with that one!

Halloween Haunt Fest Blood and Honey Concept Scare Maze

As far as the concept art goes you can clearly see some of the iconic scenes from the movie with the maze designers already confirming that both the first and second movie will be utilised throughout the maze.

The infamous hot tub scene from the first movie is featured in the concept art and these designs give you just a taster of what’s to come.

I really hope the forest is well-themed and not just camo netting and fake trees but I have a sneaky feeling that with IP mazes they have to meet a certain standard in order to be signed off and approved by the IP owners so rest-assured these are going to look great.
