For years FNAF fans have been wanting a real-life Pizzeria location where there can sit down and live the franchise, the closest we’ve got up to this point is the Halloween Horror Nights maze that debut at Universal Studios back in 2025 and let me tell you, it was incredible!
But fans won’t have to wait much longer as American Dream Mall announced that the world’s first permanent immersive restaurant experience is opening in 2027 in collaboration with ScottGames.
The pizzeria will feature functional animatronic shows, arcade games and Foxy’s Pirate Cove in addition to immersive multiplayer survival-horror experiences.
There will be two stage shows featuring Freddy and the Fazbear band along with a Foxy show in Pirate Cove. The attraction will feature a fast-casual dining experience and has been quoted as being ‘high quality’. The creators promise that they’r not building building a set, they’re building the actual Pizzeria.
It sounds like an absolute dream as New Jersey is about to become home to the first ever Five Nights at Freddy’s real-life location!

Fans have been dreaming of visiting a real-life, Chuck E. Cheese-style Freddy’s Pizza since the entire franchise began back in 2014 and if all goes well I have absolutely no doubt that other locations could spring up across the United States.
Five Nights at Freddy’s is still as popular as it was back in 2014 with the recent movie smashing the box office to the tune of $238.6M worldwide from a budget between $36M-$51M which instantly greenlit a third movie and even most recently the Spirit Halloween life-sized Freddy Fazbear prop that has gone crazy viral since its release.
