The Little League Classic always brings great fun and memories for those involved.

The Little Leaguers get a chance to meet MLB players and hang out with them before the big game.

It’s a fun little get together for current players and potential future players as each take part in unique festivities.

The game this year was between the Baltimore Orioles and the Boston Red Sox.

Prior to the game, players from both sides took time to hang out with the Little Leaguers.

Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman had himself a good time, racing some of the kids sliding down a hill on cardboard.

Let The Kids Play!

Even after players reach the big leagues, they are still kids at heart.

The same can be said for Rutschman, who is in his first big-league season.

He’s not too far removed from where these kids are now, and he showed that he’s still willing to have fun and enjoy spending quality time with the Little Leaguers.

It’s always nice to see Major League players take time out of their day to visit with the kids and make them happy.

These are memories that neither the players, nor the kids will ever forget.

That’s what makes the Little League Classic so special.

The kids spend all day playing games in Williamsport and are lucky enough to cap off the day by watching the adults play against one another.

It’s a special time and it goes to show just how special the game of baseball can truly be.

Rutschman got to be a kid again, and while he was at it, he made the kids’ day by hanging out with them and having a little fun.
