Planning on going as Barbenheimer with your significant other this Halloween? Well, if you’re a SAG-AFTRA member, you might want to reconsider.
SAG-AFTRA today released a guide “to make sure our members don’t inadvertently break strike rules.”
Advice includes “choose costumes inspired by generalized characters” such as ghosts & zombies and “don’t post photos of costumes inspired by struck content on social media.” Beyond the general “ghosts” counsel, the guide recommends: “dress up as characters from non-struck content, like an animated TV show.”
