RHINO is a unique eco-thriller and we were proud to be added to the front-cover of this rather important and poignant documentary.
Narrated by Academy Award-Nominee Tom Hardy the documentary covers the protection of black rhinos in the wild as we follow a wildlife ranger named Kiloku as he and his team have made it their life mission to protect the species against all odds.
There are 6000 black rhinos left on earth but with bandits ruining their habits and with poaching this rather tense and ongoing conservation focused documentary is very hard-hitting but so beautifully shot that you’re immediately invested in the topic at hand.
RHINO highlights the daily struggles experienced by those risking their lives to protect biodiversity, while simultaneously giving voice to those on the other side of the armed conflict, this hard-hitting, authentic feature – crafted from four years of living and working alongside Kenya’s conservancy community – is both timely and urgent, as banditry violence spirals out of control, and the demand for illicit rhino horn climbs ever higher.
The film is due to be released in cinemas on November 28th and has a runtime of 82 minutes.
I can’t wait until this film is released, we need more films like this out there in the mainstream media. They have a heart, it’s a very important cause and supporting any and all conservation work allows us to protect these beautiful species for many years to come.
