Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks is Executive-produced by John Marks and Jon Strong for Universal Television Alternative Studio, “Epic Ride” delivers its own wow moments, just like the Universal theme parks it celebrates.

Missed our Epic Universe land reviews? Check them out below:
Super Nintendo World is a gamers paradise and features two rides in the Super Mario area of the park and one brand-new unique roller coaster over in the Donkey Kong Country land expansion. Packed full of interactive experience and Mario themed food!
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic immerses guests in 1920s Paris and 1990s London, for me the weakest land in Epic Universe because it’s themed on a real city as opposed to a themed land of make believe. It’s also based on the Fantastic Beasts films which were bloody awful but what the land does have is the brand new Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry ride which some fans are saying is one of the best dark rides in the entire world.
How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk takes visitors to a Viking-themed area with live shows. Meet Toothless and explore a very immersive vikings themed space along with a variety of vikings themed food!
Dark Universe conjures Universal’s classic monsters and is a beautiful area with such ambience that really comes alive at nighttime, it doesn’t really have the same vibe in the day time but the Monsters Unchained dark ride within the land is arguably the best dark ride in the world showcasing another level and dimension to what an indoor dark ride experience should be.
Stay tuned this July for Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks and hopefully we get some form of UK viewing access in the near future, who wouldn’t love to watch a Universal theme park documentary?!
