Since the two were first linked in April 2023, they’ve largely stayed out of the spotlight, making only a few public appearances together and repeatedly emphasizing their desire for privacy.
Timothée has similarly been reticent to discuss Kylie, most recently telling Vogue in November that he just doesn’t have “anything to say” about it.
This approach has meant that they’ve avoided the usual relationship milestones — like going Instagram official or sharing photos of one another online — which makes Timothée’s latest move all the more notable.
Yesterday, Kylie took to Instagram to share photos of her look from the Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards, where Timothée received the Spotlight Actor of the Year Award for his acting in Marty Supreme. She wore a sequin orange gown by Ludovic de Saint Sernin with a plunging neckline and floor-length hem, paired with sparkly diamond earrings, a diamond pinky ring, a dainty bracelet, and open-back heels.
“🧡🧡🧡🧡,” Kylie wrote in the caption.
Timothée responded to the post with a string of the same emojis, with the color orange seemingly nodding to the table tennis balls used in Marty Supreme. Fans will recall that he and Kylie also wore bright orange outfits to the film’s LA premiere back in December.
Given how private they are — especially Timothée — his comment to Kylie had fans seriously freaking out.
“We’ve entered a new era!” one person wrote on Reddit, while another exclaimed, “FINALLY.”
“This is low-key cute,” another comment said in part, as someone else added, “Bout damn time lol.”
One more said, “I LOVE THIS FOR THEM 😭😭😭”
