It’s the middle of summer and, appropriately, the roster for Universal Studios‘ Halloween Horror Nights is heating up.
Earlier this month, Universal announced an all-new Terrifier-themed haunted house. Now, the Orlando and Hollywood parks have added haunted houses inspired by Five Nights at Freddy’s and the WWE’s legendary The Wyatt Sicks.
Halloween Horror Nights kicks off at Universal Orlando Resort on Friday, August 29 and at Universal Studios Hollywood on Thursday, September 4.
In the Five Nights at Freddy’s attraction guests will follow in the footsteps of Mike, as he tries to survive a night at the abandoned Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria.
The haunted house will include full-scale replicas of Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and Mr. Cupcake, who stalk visitors through the halls of the abandoned amusement center, including the security room and the showroom. The characters for the attraction were created in partnership with Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, which also produced the animatronics for the film.
In the other new offering, dubbed WWE Presents: The Horrors of The Wyatt Sicks, visitors will go head-to-head with Uncle Howdy and The Wyatt Sicks in an experience that honors the legacy of Bray Wyatt. The WWE’s chilling crew of five each have their own horrific domains. Those include Uncle Howdy together with Ramblin Rabbit, Mercy the Buzzard, Abby the Witch and Huskus the Pig. Guests will also be stalked by The Fiend, Bray’s sadistic alter ego.
Other all-original haunted houses will include Jason Universe, which takes guests back to the summer camp where, one Friday the 13th, the gruesome legend was born. The post-apocalyptic wasteland of Prime Video’s Fallout will also be recreated in an all-new haunted house
Tickets are now on sale for Halloween Horror Nights at both theme park destinations.
