It seems like the party doesn’t stop at Universal Orlando Resort as seasonal events roll into the next and experiences are forever popping up at this popular tourist destination all year long, let’s take a look at the Universal Orlando Resort 2025 events revealed today.
From fan-favorite seasonal events like Universal Mardi Gras, Universal Halloween Horror Nights and Holidays at Universal, to hotel happenings and all-new adventures for the whole family.
Kicking off 2025 in style we have the Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval which begins February 1st through until March 30th. Guests can celebrate 30 years of letting the good times roll along with dazzling floats within a parade, live concerts and more!
Butterbeer season is returning to Universal Orlando Resort starting March 1st and continuing until May 31st as guests will get to enjoy Butterbeer in a whole new way!
Halloween Horror Nights dates have also been revealed starting August 29th through to November 2nd as sinister scare zones, live entertainment, exclusive merchandise along with themed food and beverages. Nothing has been released regarding a Premium Scream Night this year but that needs to return in 2025 as it was a phenomenal event that gave you the best HHN experience without all the crowds.
Unlimited mazes, unlimited food and drink, limited park capacity, rides and entertainment. The Premium Scream Night package was phenomenal and I’m so glad I got to enjoy my first-ever Halloween Horror Nights without being stuck in queues all night.
We smashed out multiple run-throughs of the mazes and you could appreciate all of the finer details that you’d miss especially when you’re being batched in groups instead of the usual conga line throughput.
Universal’s Christmas event will begin November 21st and will run until December 31st, it is here where guests can celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with one-of-a-kind experiences like Christmas in The Wizarding of Harry Potter and who can forget a chance to meet the Grinch?!
Guests can also admire festive décor across the destination and dine on delicious, holiday-themed food and beverage offerings.

But the fun doesn’t stop there as there will be a variety of events happening at Universal CityWalk throughout the year from the Mardi Gras After Party to a St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Pat O’Brien’s and then come Halloween time the Red Coconut’s transformation for both Mardi Gras and Halloween.
Guests can also stop by one of the many incredible restaurants or retail shops to dine with their family and friends or purchase exclusive merchandise that can only be found at Universal Orlando.
With the opening of Epic Universe in 2025 you’re to be sure there are plenty more surprises in store as this breathtaking park will open its doors in May to the general public as one of the world’s most anticipated theme parks will welcome its first guests.
