Warner Bros Studio Tour London 2026 Plans Announced!

Another year lies in wait for the Warner Bros Studio Tour London as they seem to be adding things every single year I visit and yet still I’m waiting for a dark ride in there as the Leavesden based attraction is screaming for an immersive experience to add to its already impressive array of sets and props.

This week we came to learn of all the plans for the Warner Bros Studio Tour London in 2026 with a host of familiar events with a few extras added along the way.

Magical Mischief (24th January – 27th April)

Magical Mischief

Magical Mischief returns to the Studio Tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the mayhem caused by the Weasley twins in the Harry Potter film series.

Visitors will begin in the Great Hall that has been transformed for the O.W.L. exams, complete with paper firing desks and Fred and George’s magnificent fireworks that light up the set.

Discover the secrets behind Harry Potter’s flying Hogwarts letters, his beloved Invisibility Cloak and Aunt Petunia’s elegantly frosted levitating cake.

Visitors can also relive the scene from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets where Neville Longbottom was suspended by Cornish Pixies during Gilderoy Lockhart’s Defence Against the Dark Arts class.

NEW Summer Feature (7th May – 7th September)

Philosopher's Stone Anniversary

Prepare for an unforgettable summer in 2026 as the Studio Tour unveils a brand-new wizarding feature to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, ready to wow fans like never before.

This new feature promises magical surprises, spellbinding sets and even more behind-the-scenes secrets from the Harry Potter film series. Keep an eye on our socials and website for more details, you won’t want to miss a moment of the magic!

This year saw the addition of the Backlot Stage which brought a small special FX display to life and whilst fun, I felt it just needed that little bit extra to really drive home a special FX show with screens being a heavy focus of the experience as opposed to what people actually want to see, special FX!

Dark Arts (16th September – 8th November)

Halloween Harry Potter Studio Tour

This autumn, the Studio Tour invites fans to experience the return of its spine-tingling Dark Arts feature.

The iconic Great Hall will be transformed with pumpkins suspended above the Hogwarts house tables which will be adorned with a festive Halloween spread.

Visitors can step into the shadows of the Studio Tour as they encounter roaming Death Eaters and eerie Dementors with original ghost costumes on display.

Aspiring witches and wizards can test their wand skills as they duel against the Death Eaters. Those who are brave enough can follow the Dark Mark trail using clues in a special Dark Arts themed activity passport.

Hogwarts in the Snow (14th November – 17th January 2027)

Hogwarts Castle

The nostalgic Hogwarts in the Snow feature is making a return to the Studio Tour this festive season bringing with it a magical winter transformation.

The spectacular Great Hall will be decorated in its iconic and original Christmas dress, as seen throughout the films.

Visitors will remember the iconic scene where Harry Potter receives his first ever Weasley jumper in the Gryffindor common room, which has been festively decorated to celebrate. Other iconic sets such as the Forbidden Forest and Diagon Alley continue the theme as they are also dressed fit for a Christmas scene.

The Hogwarts castle model will be covered in a blanket of snow using the same filmmaking techniques used in the Harry Potter film series, adding an extra layer of enchantment to this magical experience.

Since the doors opened in March 2012 this Harry Potter attraction is still absolutely heaving every single day of the year 13 years later!

From visiting the Great Hall to stepping inside the Forbidden Forest and more the tour has been well received with a 96% rating from 46,000+ reviews on TripAdvisor but in my opinion it would be 98% plus if they put a ride in there.

Cmon guys, you know it makes sense!
